I love my bed but it sleeps so hot and it everyone it didn't it does I wake up super hot every more which I hate I feel I need to shower. But other than that I love it .

I've only had this mattress for two nights and the difference is a game changer. I suffer with immense back and hip pain. After sleeping on this mattress the first night, I woke up with absolutely no pain at all. I'll never own anything else. Great quality, great service, great results.

GOT THE LUXE ADAPT SOFT IN AN ATTEMPT TO ALEVIATE SOME BACK PAIN. NOT HAPPY WITH VOCS OR THE HEAT. ADDED COOLING AND SHEETS AS RECOMMENDED BY SALES PERSON (THEY WERE GREAT BTW). NO SOLUTION, BUT THE MATTRESS WAS HELPFUL IN REDUCING PAIN.
UPGRADED TO THE LUXE-BREEZE SOFT. UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS ANYTHING BUT SOFT, AND IMMEDIATELY MY BACK PAIN RETURNED. NO AMOUNT OF TYPICAL FIXED WERE EFFECTIVE.
RETURNED AND SWAPPED BACK TO THE LUXE ADAPT. I WILL ADD ANOTHER AIR CONDITIONING UNIT TO MY HOUSE TO TRY TO GET ENOUGH COOLING IN THE SUMMER.
NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT REGISTRATION PROCESS. THIS IS YOUR PRODUCT, AND I PAID FOR INSTALLATION SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WRESTLE THE BIG RUBBER HEAVY THING TO INSTALL. HAVING TO DO SO IN ORDER TO FILL OUT YOUR PAPERWORK IS AN OBVIOUS ATTEMPT TO DISCOURAGE AND DODGE WARRANTY REGISTRATIONS OR OTHER CLAIMS. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED THAT YOU CANNOT TRACK THE SERIAL NUMBER SOMEWHERE IN THE DELIVERY PROCESS WHILE ITS CLEARLY VISIBLE THRU THE CLEAR PLASTIC WRAP. ANYONE IN THE WAREHOUSE OR ON THE DELIVERY TEAM COULD HAVE OBTAINED IT IN THE PROCESS. NOW THAT IVE AGGRAVATED MY BACK DOING SO, I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMPANY.

We had the mattress delivered and the first crew was in such a hurry that we had to ask for a second crew to come by and lower the bed and explain things to us about the bed. The second crew was Leansi and Alan and they were terrific! They lowered the bed while trying a couple of different approaches. They were very patient with us and we were very satisfied with the final result. We've enjoyed the new mattress and are sleeping better than ever before.

I'm waking up the lower back pain. I tried the mattress in the store and it felt fine at the time. It was between the soft and medium hybrid. I went with the soft- it might be too soft. Going to give it more time.

The Tempurpedic mattress I just purchased has exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant at first to change to this type of mattress, but I am so glad I did. I suffer from Neuropathy and Spinal Stenosis and this mattress has afforded me the comfort to be able to sleep all night. With less pressure on my body I now enjoy a comfortable night's sleep.

I had high expectations for this mattress, but it has been a huge disappointment in the long-term. After only 4 years it started sagging/losing support causing back pain. When I wake up in the morning I feel like a train wreck ! it's incredibly uncomfortable. Despite following all care instructions, the quality has not held up. For the price, I expected much better durability and comfort. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone looking for long-term comfort and support.

First off, we visited the Roseville, CA storefront to test out different mattresses since this was a big investment! Marcos was wonderful and patient with our questions!
The mattress though got delivered and I was so nervous with how firm it was for buying a medium hybrid. I will say, the first night sleep was AMAZING! I sunk in just right. And the best part is I wasn't disturbed by my husband moving or getting up to use the bathroom. I super recommend

I haven't had a good night sleep since I bought this mattress. I have contacted Tempur-pedic about the issues I've had, to no avail. It smells like mold and mildew since the first day I got it, and although my #Warranty says that should be covered, no one has said that it would be. The odor is so bad that anything that comes in contact with the mattress also smells. This is the worst purchase. I've made in 30 years.
I bought this mattress from Levin Furniture after I exchange the ceiling mattress which was defective. I went from a king size mattress to a queen size mattress, and this Tempur-pedic was twice the cost of the mattress that I exchanged. However, Levin will not provide any exchange on this mattress, which is horrible, nor will they support any warranties. Even though I paid twice as much for this Tempur-pedic mattress, then I did for the Sealy. And they are two different manufacturers, which should have two different warranties.. When I call Tempur-pedic, they say their warranties and their support are only for people who buy online.
Overall, I am extremely unhappy, and I'm not afraid to tell everyone I know.

As someone who plays a lot of sports, I've been dealing with constant body aches over the last couple years, specifically my back. When I ordered this mattress, my hope was that the mattress would, not completely solve this issue, but at least alleviate some of the stress that can come from trying to sleep on an incompatible mattress. And it did it for me. I sleep both on my back and on my side, and, after breaking in the mattress, I can feel how snug the mattress feels while maintaining a level of resistance so as to provide support. Highly recommended for those facing the same issues and those wanting to just raise their sleep quality.

When we went to the mattress store we tested the mattresses and it felt comfortable. However, when we slept on it the first night, we noticed that it did not give very much support. I felt as if I was sleeping in a hole, unfortunately that has not changed. The firm just felt too hard, so we didn't get it (wish we had of). Be very careful when you are selecting a new mattress. This one makes my back hurt, but in all fairness it could depend on the person.

Had this mattress for about 5 to 6 years when we started to see issues with it. I reached out because there was a slant/sag on the left side of the mattress, and it was pretty significant. I turned in the photos like they asked, and they just kept asking for more and more. They basically asked so much that I stopped submitting. Fast forward a year, and the mattress got worse. This time I went back through their warranty process prepared. I have submitted over 20 pictures, and they keep stringing me on, asking for more or saying I didn't do it right. The pictures are obvious, but nope, they still want more. I have lost all faith in tempur-pedic at this point. Their warranty is a sham/scam, and they will just drag you along until you quit. My recommendation is if you want to purchase this mattress, just know the warranty is garbage, and it will fail on you. I only wish they would allow me to upload my photos so you can all see them.

This was a huge financial investment for me but I have not been disappointed. I wake up with zero soreness from pressure points of a mattress, either from laying on my sides or back. It was a strange way to wake up when you're used to the daily pains of a poor mattress. It took a couple of nights for the mattress to relax and really give into my form. The pillow is a must, don't skimp on it, spend the money. I was disapponted with Tempur-Pedic as it took much longer to receive and communication was slow. However I am extremely happy with the product.

I've slept on on it for 40 days or so at this point and I've never had a worse go at it. I don't know what the issue is outside of the fact that the mattress is rock hard and hard to relax on. It also feels like my hip is on a bar and wont sink in to the mattress which I suspect in the 5 zones not being in the right spot for someone 5'1. My husband is 5'10, we both side sleep, he has to keep his pillow about 6 inches below the top of the mattress because of the zoning and his hip sticks out as well. I think on average we both get about 5 hours of sleep and feel like death warmed over.
