After just three years of owning this very expensive mattress, it has started to cave in the areas where my husband and I sleep. We are average sized adults (I am 120 pounds, he is 190 pounds and 6 feet tall). We have routinely rotated our mattress, have a box spring as well. I have to "roll up" just to get to the middle of the mattress. Despite adequately documenting and submitting photo evidence of this, Tempur-Pedic refuses to give us a new mattress. So much for honoring their warranty.
To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We will never purchase another product from this company again.

The best test of a mattress is sleeping on something else. We just built a second home and purchased mattresses online-big mistake. Never slept well in our new home, but when we returned to sleeping on our tempur-pedic I slept like the dead. The online mattresses were lumpy and hot compared to smooth, soft and cool. As they say: "Buy nice or buy twice."

Over the last 5 years I've had pain in my low back, right hip & right ribs. I've been to a chiro, gotten airrosti & massage, bought massagers, a heating pad, a TENS unit, a trochanteric belt, & pain creams, taken muscle relaxers, & have done a lot of different stretches. Nothing worked long term. After getting my Tempurpedic ProAdapt 2.0 Soft & side sleeper pillows it was instantly easier to get comfy & my back & ribs improved greatly right away. My hip was better, but still aggravated. After sleeping on it for about 2 weeks I guess my body relaxed or aligned better bc my low back popped 3 times while stretching the other day. Now nothing hurts! I get a little stove up after sitting all day at work, but nothing hurts. Last night I slept for 11 hours! I haven't slept that long in years & feel great! So glad I finally got a Tempurpedic!

We've been lucky enough to have slept on a Tempur-Pedic for 20 years and didn't entertain too many other options when we needed to replace ours because we've been so satisfied. Highly enjoy the comfort they provide, they truly conform to your body!

The Tempur-Pedic is comfortable and has the capability to adjust one half of the bed, while the other half is set to that other person's preference.

We looked for a month for the best mattress. Tried everything out there. My wife has a lot of back, hip, and other joint pains. This is the only mattress that my wife could lay on that did not hurt her hips. The relief was immediate and could be felt right in the showroom. The trial and return policy was also one of the best we came across ( if you buy direct from Tempurpedic). Had it now for a month. We love it!!!

We have had this mattress for a couple of weeks after trying two other big brand mattresses at home and returning them. This mattress is truly a hybrid and great quality. Feels firm initially but conforms to your body while also being supportive. Husband has been in a much better mood as he is finally getting quality sleep. This bed is well worth the investment and we finally found a mattress we want to keep!

We recently went into a store and tested all the mattresses and found their firm mattress was the best for our sleeping needs. Also upgraded the base frame as well. Our backs are so pleased! This is our second purchase of the same mattress for a different room. Seriously amazingly comfortable. I'm 8.5 months pregnant and this matttress is just so supportive.

My wife and I tried over 7 different mattresses, toppers, and pillow combinations in the past 4 years, and all this has caused us a great deal of pain and taken a lot of money from us.
Last night was our first night on our new Tempur ProAdapt 2.0 Medium CA King mattress and I can finally say with confidence that I have no need to ever look for another mattress.
My best nights sleep on a Purple mattress was worse than my worst nights sleep on this Tempur Pedic mattress! 10/10 couldn't be happier! Really excited to see how much better it is when it breaks in.

I have purchased a medium ProAdapt and after one month decided to go with firm one. I would say I have good experience and feeling with both, but more comfortable with firm one.
Most of my back pain disappeared from the 2-3rd weeks of using.

This is the second Tempurpedic I have bought. I had the original one that came out about 15 years ago. I just wanted the same one again. Both a salesperson at a store near me, and the AI chatbot recommended the Pro-Adapt Firm. I am so happy with it. I sleep like a baby. My old mattress was perfect for about 10 years - just about the length of the warranty. Then it started to get dented in the areas where I slept. It was still super comfortable but I felt that I deserved a new one. Glad I treated myself. Haven't woken up with hip pain since I got it, either. It also had no weird smell, and they have added handles around the perimeter so it's a little easier to move.

Every night I get the perfect sleep because of this bed. No more waking up all wet or a sore back. The firmness takes some getting used to. Like jumping on a hard marshmallow, hard at first touch but then you slowly sink in the perfect spot.

We love the mattress and pillows. Especially being able to adjust pillow thickness by removing product inside to personal comfort level. I will say $ was wasted on pillow suggested to use between legs. It is so heavy I cannot use it.
Wish I had used the $ for another sleep pillow.
